Too many Municipalities and General Contractors have grown accustomed to working with WBE’s and SBE’s who don’t perform up to industry standards. General Contractors struggle to find competent WBE’s. Municipalities are frustrated with the quality of work these SBE’s provided. We’ve heard these complaints and created Houston Heavy Civil to address them.
Houston Heavy Civil has the expertise, labor and equipment to properly install large diameter underground utilities, construct tunnel shafts, perform soil stabilization, complete site grading, install concrete pavement and construct cast-in-place concrete drainage structures for your project.
